Be was a pleasure to have around, polite, friendly and have a positive “can do” attitude to every potential obstacle that he was confronted with. I should explain that this job would have been challenging for any heating and plumbing specialist, being for a larger period property with 20 radiators, 2 boilers and 3 attics to clear of ancient pipework and header tanks. Ben made light of the challenge and delivered a fantastically efficient system that saves us a lot of money on fuel and heats the house more effectively than we ever imagined possible.
